Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. Maslenitsa is coming soon, and every housewife will start making pancakes. Made from different types of flour, with various fillings—there are too many to list. But I want to tell you about this baked treat. The baking is done. Serve it at the table.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Prepare the pancake batter. Beat the eggs with salt and sugar, then pour in the milk and water. Mix well and add the flour with baking soda. Stir thoroughly until there are no lumps, then let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes. Finally, add vegetable oil to the batter and mix once more.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

Heat a skillet lightly greased with vegetable oil. Cook thin pancakes. Grease the skillet only before cooking the first pancake.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Slice the fish into thin pieces, grate the cheese finely, and finely chop the green onion. Instead of processed cheese slices, you can use any other cheese, but you'll need to add a little mayonnaise to it to create a slightly sticky mixture. This way, the cheese won't fall out of the pancake.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Flip the pancakes so the more fried side is facing up, and place the grated cheese on the edge of the pancake.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

Place a piece of salmon on the cheese. If you couldn't slice the fish into thin slices, don't worry. You can chop it more finely and place it on the cheese the same way.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

On top of the salmon, add a little mayonnaise and green onion. Lightly spread mayonnaise on the opposite edge of the crepe—it will help securely seal the rolled crepe with the filling.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Step 7

Roll the filling in the crepe, trying to form a tight roll. Before serving, we will cut the roll diagonally in half - this way the crepes with salmon will look more attractive on the plate at the table.
