Pancakes with salmon and cream cheese
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. Soft cheese varieties work well for this recipe. I used "Philadelphia" cheese, as it spreads easily and pairs perfectly with salmon. Guests always grab this appetizer first. A real treat! Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

We start by preparing the batter for our pancakes. Sift the flour through a coarse sieve. Add sugar and salt.
- 2
Step 2

Gradually pour in the milk and mix the mixture with a whisk. The milk should be at room temperature.
- 3
Step 3

Add the eggs to the mixture and stir. Then add the melted butter. Whisk until no lumps remain. Cover the mixture with a towel and let it rest for half an hour.
- 4
Step 4

We bake the pancakes on a preheated frying pan, previously greased with cooking oil. Fry them on both sides for two to three minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Fill each pancake with cheese (carefully spread the cheese approximately in the center of the pancake), a slice of salmon, and chopped herbs. Roll up into a tube.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the tube into three parts, then place each part onto a plate. It looks very beautiful!
