Pancakes with cucumbers
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Pancakes with cucumbers—fresh and slightly spicy (thanks to garlic)—make a great appetizer. You can omit the garlic if you prefer, but it's the garlic that gives this dish its special zest. Fry the pancakes as usual, then roll them up with our fresh, flavorful filling. The baked dish is ready. Serve at the table.

3. Make the dough from flour, egg, a spoonful of vegetable oil, and water. Remember the rule: for liquid dough, start with dry ingredients, i.e., add the ingredients to the flour, not to the water. Rub out any lumps.

Step 4
4. Now it's time to fry the pancakes. To do this, grease a hot skillet with oil, pour in the batter, and tilt the pan so the batter spreads evenly across the bottom. Fry the pancake on both sides, then transfer it to a plate.
