
Pancakes with onion topping
Description
Perfect with tea or coffee. These onion pancakes are especially delicious with sour cream or garlic sauce, garlic mayonnaise. The main thing is not to over-fry the chopped onion, since it will continue frying for another 1–2 minutes in the pancake batter. The baked goods are ready. Serve to the table.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Peel the onion and rinse it in water.

Crack the chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add the salt, and pour in milk of any fat content. Whisk everything for about 1-2 minutes.

Add the wheat flour and gently fold it into the batter. Pour in 20 ml of vegetable oil and mix. Leave for 15 minutes to activate the gluten.

Meanwhile, dice the peeled onions into small cubes. Fry them in vegetable oil in a pan until golden brown for about 3–5 minutes. Transfer the fried onions to a small bowl or saucer.

Place part of the sautéed onions onto a greased and preheated crepe pan, spreading them across the entire bottom.

Pour in part of the batter, trying to pour it over the sautéed filling. Fry the pancake on one side for about 1–2 minutes until golden brown.

Then flip it over to the other side and fry for the same amount of time.
