Description

Delicious baked dish for the whole family. Chicken stuffed pancakes can be prepared in several ways. First, you can use cooked chicken for the filling. Alternatively, you can use raw chicken mince. In the second case, chicken fillet needs to be passed through a meat grinder and sautéed. In my recipe, we'll use boiled chicken meat. The baked dish is ready. Serve at the table.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    1. Pass the boiled chicken meat through a meat grinder.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    2. Peel the onion and finely chop it.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté the chopped onion, stirring, until softened.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    4. Mix the fried onions with the chicken, add salt and pepper, then mix again until well combined. Our filling is ready. If you are using raw minced meat, fry it together with the onions until fully cooked.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    5. Put flour into a large bowl, add a pinch of salt, a spoonful of vegetable oil, crack in an egg, and pour in a little water or milk. Mix. Then gradually add more water until the batter reaches the consistency of thin sour cream or even thinner. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon to avoid lumps.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    6. Place the pan over medium-high heat and grease it with a piece of butter. Once hot, pour the batter into the pan with a ladle and quickly tilt the pan in different directions to spread the batter evenly across the entire surface.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    7. After a minute, flip the pancake, cook for another half minute, and transfer it to a plate. Pour the second ladleful of batter into the pan, then place a tablespoon of filling in the center of the cooked pancake and fold it into a triangle.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    8. Fry all the pancakes in this manner.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    9. Slightly fry the ready-made pancakes with chicken filling, already shaped as envelopes, in a pan to give the sides a golden crust. If you are not going to eat them immediately, place them in a covered container and store in the refrigerator. However, they must first cool down.
