Pancakes with cabbage
Description
Homemade treats for tea. Cabbage pancakes are quite rare in our kitchen, but that makes it all the more delightful to surprise guests with something new. Of course, the finer you chop the cabbage and onion, the more pleasant the pancakes will be to eat. And don't forget to beat in an egg at the very end—score the winning goal, so to speak :) This will make the filling light and delicious. As always, there are variations—you can add herbs, tomato paste, and so on. Personally, I prepare the filling and pancakes at the same time; it's faster that way. So, here is my simple recipe for cabbage pancakes. Serve them with tea or coffee.
