Pancakes with minced meat and rice

We will need boiled rice, it can even be leftover from yesterday. One cup or even less will be enough. You can use any kind of minced meat—raw or cooked. If using cooked meat, simply pass it through a meat grinder. Make the pancakes from flour, egg, and water or milk.
