
Pancakes with minced meat
Description
For pancakes using this recipe, prepare the filling. You can use any meat. Remove the membranes and mince the meat through a meat grinder. Alternatively, you can buy ready-made minced meat. However, homemade is always better. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. Season the minced meat with spices.

2. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Pour oil into a frying pan, heat over medium heat, and sauté the onion, stirring, until soft.

3. Place the minced meat on the onions and fry, stirring, until cooked through.

4. Prepare the pancake batter. To do this, sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, (optionally) a spoonful of vegetable oil, crack in an egg, and add a little water. Then gradually add more water until you achieve a smooth, lump-free, thin batter.

5. Heat a skillet with a small piece of butter over medium-high heat. When the skillet is hot, pour in a few tablespoons of batter, tilt the pan in different directions, and cook the pancake on one side for 30 seconds.

6. Then flip the pancake, fry for another 30 seconds, and transfer it onto a plate. Place a tablespoon of the onion filling in the center of the cooked pancake and fold it into a rectangular parcel.
