
Pancakes with holes made with milk
Description
The pancakes turn out golden, thin, and don't tear. You can quickly prepare the batter and fry the pancakes for breakfast or afternoon snack. Serve them hot or cold. The batter can be mixed with a whisk (or use a mixer). Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Crack the chicken eggs into a bowl or mixer bowl, add salt and granulated sugar.

2. Whisk and slowly pour in a thin stream about half of the total milk volume, then mix well.

3. Sift the flour separately, then add it to the bowl with the eggs and milk.

4. Mix the mixture thoroughly to ensure there are no lumps.

5. Pour in the remaining milk and 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

6. Heat a pan with a drop of vegetable oil, or better yet, grease it using a brush. Pour in a little batter; you'll immediately notice small holes forming on the surface.

7. Fry the pancakes on one side and then the other until golden brown. Serve the pancakes immediately or after cooling.
