Pancakes with beer and eggs

Description

Here is a simple recipe for beer pancakes with eggs! I love that the beer doesn't overpower here, so you can easily make these pancakes dessert-style by adding plenty of sugar and serving them with jam or honey. No one will even guess that it's the beer giving such an interesting bread-barley flavor. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

   1. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, then add the flour, followed by the beer. Use a mixer to blend everything until smooth. Then add the milk and mix thoroughly again.
