Pancakes with milk and baking powder
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Usually, I add baking powder to pancakes, but not to crepes. This time I decided to try making crepe batter with baking powder—and I don't regret it! The crepes turned out very tasty, fluffy, and soft. To make milk crepes with baking powder, we won't add much sugar to the batter. This results in not overly sweet crepes, which can then be filled not only with cottage cheese but also, for example, with meat. They can be served with tea or coffee.
