Description
The baking is simple and quick. Everyone who tries milk pancakes with meat will love them. The filling for the pancakes can vary depending on your taste preferences: mushrooms, poultry, beef, cottage cheese, etc. There are countless ways to prepare pancakes! In this recipe, the filling is boiled meat with fried onions. If you've cooked a soup or another dish and have leftover meat, this will make preparing the stuffed pancakes even easier. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Prepare the pancake batter: add salt, sugar, vegetable oil, and flour to the milk. Mix the batter with a whisk or mixer until it reaches the desired consistency. Let it rest while you prepare the filling.
- 2
Step 2

2. Boil the meat (veal or beef works best). Grate it on a grater or chop it finely in a blender. Meanwhile, sauté finely chopped onion in vegetable oil.
- 3
Step 3

3. When the onion is slightly softened, add the meat and a little water. Simmer for another 2-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 4
Step 4

4. When our filling is ready, we can start baking the pancakes. Pour the batter onto a hot skillet, spread it evenly, and fry until the surface becomes matte.
- 5
Step 5

5. Fry on both sides until golden brown and place on a plate. There's no need to grease, as we will fry the pancakes before serving.
- 6
Step 6

6. When all the pancakes are ready, fill them. Place the filling on the edge of a pancake, fold in both sides, and roll up into a "tube". Repeat with all the pancakes.
- 7
Step 7

7. The thickness and size of the pancake depend on the amount of filling.
- 8
Step 8

8. Place the prepared pancakes into a separate container for storage. Before serving, I fry them on both sides until golden brown; this makes them tastier and hotter in temperature.

Step 9

9. Before serving, I add sour cream, which perfectly complements the taste of the pancakes.
