
Thin crepes with holes made with kefir
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. To make incredibly thin pancakes, you need: mix eggs, salt, and sugar in a saucepan, pour in kefir, add flour and baking soda, and knead the batter. Then add vegetable oil and milk to the mixture. You can start frying. Serve with tea or coffee.

Place the eggs, salt, and sugar into a saucepan. Lightly beat them with a whisk.

Warm the kefir to room temperature and pour it into the egg mixture. Whisk again with a whisk until bubbles form.

Pour the flour and baking soda into a saucepan.

Mix the dough with a whisk.
