Pancakes with kefir and semolina
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Thanks to the kefir base, our pancakes turn out very fluffy. I've also added baking soda to the batter, creating a double effect. These pancakes are perfect for wrapping fillings, whether berry or meat. They are great for snacks or family breakfasts. Both children and adults love them. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Mix kefir with baking soda and let it sit in a warm place for several minutes. Beat eggs and sugar. Add flour. Mix the batter.

Step 2

Pour the kefir mixture over the dough. Add salt. Mix well to avoid lumps. Pour hot oil into the batter, then add semolina.

Step 3

The dough should rest in a warm place for half an hour. The semolina will thicken, and the dough will become thicker, like dense sour cream.

Step 4

Fry the pancakes on a hot skillet greased with vegetable oil. Each side should be well-cooked and covered with a beautiful golden crust.

Step 5

Serve semolina and kefir pancakes hot. They go very well with fillings made of cottage cheese, sour cream, or condensed milk!
