Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Cook the pancakes and let them rest under a lid for a little while so they steam through. That way they will be soft and tender. You can vary the filling to your taste. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

To prepare merchant pancakes, prepare the necessary ingredients. Sift the flour in advance through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen.

For the pancake batter, mix the egg with the sugar.

Pour in the vegetable oil and milk. Sprinkle in the flour and knead the dough.

To make thin pancakes, the batter should be quite runny. Adjust the thickness as needed by adding flour and milk.

Grease the pan with oil and cook thin pancakes, browning them on both sides until golden. Stack the cooked pancakes on top of one another and cover with a lid so they do not dry out.

To make the filling, finely dice the chicken and sauté it for 10–12 minutes. Then add finely diced red onion. Sauté the chicken with the onion for another 2–3 minutes.

Then add boiled wild mushrooms. Mix everything together. Add salt and spices to taste. Fry everything together for another 3–5 minutes. Then let the finished filling cool slightly.

Fill the pancakes with filling. You can fold them into an envelope, a triangle, or roll them into a tube.
