Pancakes that always turn out

Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can make the pancakes from this recipe either sweet or savory. If you're making savory pancakes, add a little more salt and just a pinch of sugar. You can wrap any filling in these pancakes. In our house, these pancakes are eaten while still warm, literally straight from the pan, but they are also very tasty when cooled, and they keep for quite a while if you chase them away from all the family! #bestathome You can serve them with tea or coffee.

Now add the milk in several pours, stirring each time until smooth, and watch the consistency. The consistency of perfect pancake batter is like 1% kefir, but thicker.

    Step 8

    The pancake batter is ready.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Step 9

  10. 10

    Step 10

    Step 10

Fry the pancakes over medium heat for about a minute, or even less. Pancakes cook very quickly, don't walk away from the stove.

  11. 11

    Step 11

    Step 11

The pancakes turned out very tasty and beautiful. Serve with jam, condensed milk, honey, or syrup—however you like!
