Classic pancakes
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Serve pancakes with a filling (sweet or savory, as desired). There are various ways to prepare them: with water, milk, kefir, or buttermilk. Yeast pancakes turn out fluffy with small holes. It's important to achieve the right batter consistency so that the pancakes won't tear and remain thin and golden. Serve with tea or coffee.
