Pancakes made with ryazhenka

Description

Delicious baked treat for the whole family. I'd like to share a rather unusual recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Instructions

   Step 1

   Whisk the eggs and powdered sugar with a whisk until a smooth mixture is obtained.

   Step 2

   Add the ryazhenka and baking soda. Continue whisking with a whisk.

   Gradually add the flour, constantly stirring the dough with a whisk.

   At the end, add sunflower oil and mix.

   Fry the pancakes on a preheated skillet. When bubbles appear on one side, flip them to the other side.

   Fry the pancake on the other side and stack them on a plate.

   Serve with sour cream, condensed milk, jam, or any sweet sauce.
