
Pancakes from sour milk
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For children, you can make pancakes with cottage cheese, fruits, or chocolate. Adults will prefer pancakes with meat, mushrooms and potatoes, red fish, or caviar. Pancakes are perfect for a buffet, a festive table, or dinner. You can freeze them if you've made a large batch, or eat them right away. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Break the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and sugar. Mix warm water with baking soda and pour it into the eggs, stir, then add the soured milk.

Sift the flour directly into a bowl, pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and mix the contents.

Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.
