Pancakes from kefir

Description

Pancakes can be served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or afternoon snack. Sweet pancakes will be more appealing to children, while hearty ones with meat or mushrooms make an excellent dish for adults. Kefir-based pancakes can be used to make a pancake cake or for "Kurnik." They can be served with tea or coffee.

    In a bowl, whisk the chicken eggs, add kefir, sugar, salt, and baking soda, pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and mix.

    Add the flour and mix the batter with a whisk until it reaches the consistency of thick cream.

    Gradually add water to thin the batter (you may need slightly less or more water).
