Pancakes from a bottle
Description
Homemade treats for tea. Make your life easier. Make pancakes from a bottle. No mixing bowl, ladle, or lots of whisking equipment needed. It's simple. Just throw the bottle away afterwards. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

For making pancakes, we will need a 1-liter plastic bottle (I use a milk bottle). Also, prepare a jug, 2 eggs, milk, water, sugar and salt, flour, and baking powder.

Through a funnel, add flour, salt, sugar, eggs, baking powder into an empty bottle, then add milk and water. Close the bottle with a lid and shake well. The liquid inside the bottle will foam up and become smooth. Open the bottle and pour in vegetable oil (3 tbsp). Close and shake again.

Open the bottle. Pour 1 tsp of vegetable oil into a frying pan. Heat the pan. Pour a portion of the ready-made batter directly from the bottle. I got one splash. Tilt the pan in your hand so the batter spreads evenly over the bottom. Fry the pancake on both sides. Repeat with the remaining batter. This way we save batter, and there's no need to use a ladle or guess how much batter is needed for one pancake.
