Pancakes for diabetics
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For health, pancakes made from oat flour are better than those made from premium wheat flour—and they are just as tasty! You can buy ready-made oat flour or make it yourself by grinding rolled oats in a blender, and if desired, sift it afterward. Unlike some other grain flours (such as buckwheat or corn), oat flour works perfectly on its own, without needing to be mixed with wheat flour. Serve with tea or coffee.
