Eggless pancakes with boiling water
Description
Ideal to serve with tea and coffee. Egg‑free pancakes are made just as easily as those with eggs. This dish is suitable for anyone who, for whatever reason, cannot eat eggs. If you are not fasting, you can replace the 200 ml of water with milk. Before each pancake, grease the pan (which has no non‑stick coating) with butter. The pancakes turn out just as good as those with eggs — thin, delicate, and tasty. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
