Pancakes without milk
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. I'm sharing the recipe with you. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Think ahead about the filling—it can be jam, condensed milk, or honey—the choice is yours. I personally like these pancakes with jam.
- 2
Step 2

One of the secrets of making pancake batter is that the egg must be thoroughly beaten with sugar, just like for a biscuit. This will make the pancakes very fluffy and soft. Add cold water to the egg mixture and stir.

Step 3

Add the flour and baking powder, and beat the mixture with a mixer to prevent lumps of flour in the batter.
- 4
Step 4

The finished dough will be quite liquid, but at the same time viscous.

Step 5

For baking pancakes, I recommend using a crepe pan; pancakes always turn out thin and even when cooked on such a pan. Pour about 100 ml of batter using a ladle onto a well-heated pan and cook on both sides until done.

Step 6

The pancakes without milk are ready. P.S. Don't forget to brew some fragrant tea and open a jar of your favorite jam.
