Pancakes in the oven
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Actually, in this oven-baked "Minute" pancake recipe, the batter is the same as for regular pancakes, but the cooking method is very interesting. I call it "Minute" because all I need to do is prepare the batter, which takes just a couple of minutes, and then I put the pancake in the oven and can go about my day. So making a delicious and satisfying breakfast with this simple oven-baked "Minute" pancake recipe is a piece of cake. By the way, the pancakes turn out very tasty—slightly different from traditional ones, but definitely not in a bad way. You can cut them into any shape, either large pancakes or small ones—it's very convenient. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

So, mix the milk, flour, eggs, softened butter, sugar, and salt. We should get a smooth, fairly liquid batter.

Step 2

Now, if you are baking on a regular baking sheet, you need to grease it with butter; I baked the pancake on a silicone one, which doesn't need to be greased. Pour half of the batter onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly over the entire surface.

Step 3

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 200-220 degrees and bake the pancake for 20-25 minutes.

Step 4

Then simply carefully separate the pancake from the baking sheet and cut out pancakes of any shape from it.

Step 5

Serve the pancakes with jam, condensed milk, or with sour cream and sugar. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
