Pancake cake with sour cream cream
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. A homemade crepe cake with sour cream filling is a great dessert to enjoy with a hot cup of tea or coffee. It turns out very soft and tender thanks to the sour cream filling; the jam makes the flavor profile impeccable. I sprinkled the top of the cake with cookie crumbs, but feel free to experiment by decorating the cake with chocolate, berries, fruits, or coconut flakes. Good luck! Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

Let the batter rest. After an hour, you can start baking the pancakes. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
