
Crepe Cake with Chicken and Cheese
Description
Homemade baking for tea. This crepe cake in the shape of a rose can decorate any table and any celebration. Any beginner can make it with a little effort. If you like, you can add sautéed finely chopped mushrooms or minced garlic to the filling. Serve with tea or coffee.

Prepare all the ingredients you need for a layered pancake cake with chicken and cheese. Cook the chicken in advance and cool it completely.

Mix milk, eggs, salt, sugar, flour and baking powder until smooth. Pour in vegetable oil and mix.

Cook thin pancakes on a hot skillet greased with vegetable oil.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and set aside some for the top. Crack the eggs into the bowl with the cheese.

Add sour cream to the bowl.

Cut the chicken into small cubes and add it to a bowl with the cheese, eggs, and sour cream. Season everything with salt and mix thoroughly.

Place one pancake on the bottom of a springform pan greased with butter.

Cut the pancake in half and spread the filling in a thin layer.

Arrange the halves that you have cut in half again and, starting from the centre, rolling them in a snail-like spiral, fill the tin.

Sprinkle the top with the cheese you set aside, trying to get it into the gaps between the pancakes.

Place the crepe cake in a hot oven and bake for 20–25 minutes at 180°. Remove, cool until warm, and serve.
