Pancake cake with banana and nut glaze
Description
Delicious baking for the whole family. A pancake cake with banana and nut glaze is a very sweet and tasty dessert for tea or coffee. It is not very easy to make, but the result is worth it — a fresh pancake cake is much tastier than any store-bought treat. I like that you can’t eat too much of it, so one such cake can feed a whole group. Good luck. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Using a blender, blend until smooth: banana, 4 tbsp butter, 235 ml milk, 95 g flour, 4 eggs, sugar, and, to taste, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves.
- 3
Step 3

Let the prepared pancake batter rest for a little while, then fry the pancakes in a pan on both sides in the usual way until a golden crust forms.
- 4
Step 4

Prepare the filling: whip our cream cheese until fluffy, then add yogurt, a couple of tablespoons of sugar, and vanillin. Beat until smooth.
- 5
Step 5

Assemble the cake: place a cooked crepe, spread the filling, place another crepe on top, and so on. Spread the remaining cream over the entire cake.
- 6
Step 6

Prepare the glaze. Mix the heavy cream with sugar (preferably brown sugar) and a small amount of butter, put it on the heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 7

Add chopped walnuts, vanillin, and salt to the resulting glaze. Generously pour this glaze over the top of the cake. Done!
