Description

The baking is quick and easy to make. I cooked the thin pancakes in a 16 cm pan, and I assembled the little cake in a tin of the same 16 cm diameter. If your pancakes turn out larger, you can easily trim them to size with a knife. It is best to eat the finished little cake as soon as possible. You can serve it with tea or coffee.
