Crepe strips with bacon
Description
For such strips you can use any—your favorite pancake batter, whether leavened or unleavened. The main thing is that its consistency should be like thick kefir. Keep in mind when preparing the batter that bacon is salty by itself, so it's better not to over‑salt the batter. Serve these pancakes for breakfast with sour cream or as an appetizer with tomato sauce, for example.
