Pancake pouches with salmon filling
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. You can make the pancakes however you like; the important thing is that they are soft and thin. Instead of feta, you can use any soft white cheese or cream cheese, and salmon can be swapped for any fatty red fish. Tie the parcels not only with green onion but also with a thin strip of braided cheese. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
