Pancakes
Description
It pairs perfectly with tea and coffee. Milk pancakes turn out tender and bake thin. And the butter added to the batter not only enriches the flavor of the pancakes but also allows them to easily release from the pan. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the ingredients for the pancakes.

Step 2

Using a mixer in a deep bowl, beat the milk, flour sifted with baking powder, salt, sugar (plain and vanilla), and eggs. Beat until you obtain a uniform smooth batter.

Step 3

Pour the melted butter into the dough and mix again.
- 4
Step 4

Divide the dough almost in half. Transfer the smaller portion into a container with a spout for easier handling. Add cocoa and whisk until combined.

Step 5

Thoroughly heat the pan and pour a portion of light batter. Spread the batter across the pan with circular motions. Immediately, without removing the pan from your hands, apply the chocolate batter on top, moving in a spiral or in zigzag strips. Return the pan to the heat and cook the pancake as usual.

Step 6

Stack the finished pancakes and keep them warm until serving.

Step 7

When serving, roll the pancakes with the light side and the bright pattern facing up. Serve with toppings of your choice. Sour cream, butter, jam, or condensed milk – these pancakes pair wonderfully with everything!
