Crepes with Cherries

Baking is simple and quick. Many men mistakenly think you can only treat your woman to a delicious dessert at a restaurant or café. Nonsense: you can make an incredibly tasty dessert yourself, even if you are an inexperienced beginner in the kitchen. This dessert is cherry crepes, and I am sharing the recipe with you. Making cherry crepes at home is easy, but the crepes turn out... absolutely divine, words fail me. Try them—you are sure to love them. Serve with tea or coffee.

In a bowl, lightly beat the cream cheese at medium mixer speed.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream cheese. Beat again until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.

Whip the cream separately.

Gently fold the cream mixture into the whipped cream. The result should be a fairly thick cream.

Take a pancake and spread it with the prepared cream.

Place the cherries on the pancake.
