Crepes with cottage cheese and herbs
Description
Homemade treats for tea. What I love about pancakes is that you can make both sweet and savory dishes with them. You can make the pancakes themselves with milk or kefir, thin or thick. I prefer making them not too sweet, so they're more versatile. For pancakes with cottage cheese and herbs, you can use parsley, dill, basil, arugula—basically any herbs you like. Cottage cheese can be substituted with brined cheese or feta. See the recipe. Serve with tea or coffee.
