That’s no surprise—it’s hard to imagine another healthy, nutritious breakfast that kids would gobble up with such pleasure :) But it’s not only children—adults also enjoy cottage cheese pancakes with great pleasure: they’re tasty, filling, and nutritious. Simply a wonderful breakfast. So, a simple recipe for cottage cheese pancakes—for your attention. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the ingredients.

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, egg, sugar, and salt.

Mix thoroughly.

Place a tablespoon of the prepared filling on the edge of the crepe.

Fold in the edges, as shown in the photo.

Roll up the pancake.

Wrap all the remaining pancakes in the same way.

Immediately before serving, lightly fry the pancakes in a skillet with melted butter.
