Instructions
- 1
Step 1

To make meat-filled blinchiki, prepare the ingredients you need. Warm the milk until it is lukewarm.
- 2
Step 2

To prepare the dough, combine the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the vegetable oil and milk into the bowl.
- 4
Step 4

Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
- 5
Step 5

For stuffing, the pancakes should be thin, and the batter for them should be runny enough.
- 6
Step 6

Grease a crepe pan with vegetable oil and heat until hot. Pour the batter in a thin layer over the entire surface of the pan.
- 7
Step 7

Cook the pancakes on both sides until golden.
- 8
Step 8

Stack the pancakes on a plate under a lid so they steam a little and become even softer.
- 9
Step 9

To prepare the filling, run the meat through a meat grinder. Peel the onion.
- 10
Step 10

Fry the finely chopped onion for 1–2 minutes.
- 11
Step 11

Add minced meat to it. Mix. Fry for 8–10 minutes. Add salt and spices to taste.
- 12
Step 12

During frying, the mince will change color completely and begin to brown slightly.
- 13
Step 13

In a separate bowl, mix the egg with a small amount of water.
- 14
Step 14

Pour into the mince and mix. Heat over the heat for another 3–5 minutes so the egg has time to cook through. Stir as you go.
- 15
Step 15

Place the meat filling on each pancake and fold them whichever way is easiest for you.
- 16
Step 16

Roll up all the pancakes and serve them at the table.
