
Crepes with seafood
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Garnish the ready pancakes with fresh vegetables. You can serve them with various sauces. Tartar or a spicy garlic sauce would be perfect. Korean pancakes with seafood differ from traditional Russian ones. They are more similar to our omelet. What we usually use as a filling, Koreans add directly into the batter. And it turns out very tasty. Hope the recipe comes in handy. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Pour boiling water over all the shrimp and mussels. Let stand for 5 minutes. Place the seafood on a paper towel and dry. Peel the shrimp. Finely chop the chili and parsley, grate the ginger on a fine grater, and grate the carrot on a coarser grater.

In a bowl, combine flour, starch, and salt. Break the egg into the mixture. Beat and gradually pour in the milk to achieve a pancake batter consistency.

Add shrimp, chili pepper, herbs, ginger, and carrots to the batter. Mix thoroughly. To prevent the pancakes from burning, add a little vegetable oil to the batter and mix well.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and pour the first pancake. Cook the seafood pancakes for 3 minutes on each side.
