
Pancakes with starch in milk
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The pancakes baked according to this recipe turn out very thin, tender, and incredibly delicious. You can serve them simply with butter, sprinkled with sugar or accompanied by condensed milk, as well as with any filling (sweet or savory). If you don't yet have the best pancake recipe in your culinary collection, this one might just become it. Serve with tea or coffee.

1. Working with the dough is actually quite simple: beat the eggs into a deep bowl and add salt.

2. Then add some sugar and whisk everything with a whisk until smooth.

3. Pour in the milk (to make the pancakes thinner, for example, for filling, it's better to dilute with water).

4. Add the previously sifted flour.

6. Mix everything thoroughly to get a lump-free batter. If lumps still appear, let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes, then beat again.

7. At the end, add the baking soda, previously extinguished with vinegar or lemon juice.

8. Pour in the vegetable oil. Beat thoroughly once again. Place the frying pan on the heat to warm up.

9. Pour a little batter onto a hot skillet, rotating it so the batter spreads evenly and the pancake turns out thin.
