Crepes with canned salmon and rice
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. Several types of fish belong to the salmon family – salmon, trout, pink salmon. Therefore you can use any canned salmon‑family fish. It is advisable to cook the rice in advance, preferably use yesterday’s – it will not stick together. Bell pepper can be taken in any color, but preferably sweet and meaty. You can also add herbs to the filling – parsley or dill. Serve the pancakes with sour cream or yogurt. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
