Instructions

Step 1

The pancake batter needs to rest, so we prepare it first. Mix water with milk, salt, and eggs. Add flour and stir well until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Cover with a towel and set aside.

Step 2

Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips, add chili sauce and teriyaki sauce, along with sesame seeds. Mix well and let the meat marinate.
- 3
Step 3

Wash the green onions, dry them with a towel, and chop. You can chop finely or cut into long strips. Add the onions to the chicken fillet.
- 4
Step 4

Pour the batter over the chicken with onion and mix well.
- 5
Step 5

We break an egg into a bowl and beat it well to use for brushing the pancakes. We'll use a silicone brush for this—it's very convenient.
- 6
Step 6

Place the batter in portions onto a frying pan with heated oil. When the pancake slightly browns on the bottom side, brush the top of the pancake with beaten egg.
- 7
Step 7

Fry the pancakes on both sides. Cook over medium heat so that the meat inside the pancake has enough time to cook thoroughly. You can also finish cooking the pancakes in the oven.
