Airy milk pancakes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. These milk pancakes are light and wonderful at home and truly need nothing extra! Especially if you try adding powdered sugar instead of regular sugar, and not whole eggs, but separately beaten egg whites. And just think of all the spice combinations you can come up with—ginger, honey, cinnamon, vanilla sugar... Of course, this classic recipe for light milk pancakes still allows serving them "the old-fashioned way"—with jam or sour cream. Enjoy your meal! The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
