Sweet milk pancakes
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. A couple of tips from me: if you prefer a more substantial breakfast, try adding less sugar and, after frying the pancake on one side, flip it over and immediately crack an egg on top! It will be both filling and beautiful. But if you still prefer sweet pancakes, then, following tradition, serve them with jam or honey. Good luck! The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients for the pancakes. Use the same type of cup for milk and flour, it doesn't matter what volume the cup is, just make sure to pour 3–3.5 cups of milk for every 2 cups of flour.

Step 2

2. Take a deep container and a whisk or mixer. Combine one cup of milk with sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil. Use the whisk to mix until completely smooth and uniform.

Step 3

3. Add the sifted flour, vanilla, ginger, and cinnamon. Whisk the batter thoroughly with a whisk until no lumps remain. You can use a mixer.

Step 4

4. The finished batter should not be too thick, but it shouldn't be too thin either, otherwise it will be difficult to flip the pancakes. Thin batter tears easily. If you can't determine the right consistency by eye, bake one pancake. It will immediately become clear what you need to add: flour or liquid. If the batter is thin and tears—add flour; if the pancakes are too thick and the batter spreads poorly—add milk.

Step 5

5. Fry the pancakes on a dry non-stick pan.

6. On both sides until golden brown. Good luck!
