Pancakes made with sour milk
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. I usually make these milk pancakes using homemade soured milk for a simple reason—to use up milk that's just starting to go bad. But you know what? The pancakes turn out so tender that I often make them on purpose—I take a glass of store-bought kefir and top it up with fresh milk. The resulting pancakes are also very tasty and aromatic. So, I dedicate this recipe for pancakes made with soured milk to all pancake lovers. Good luck! Serve with tea or coffee.
