Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients from the list. Sift the flour beforehand to aerate it with oxygen. This will make the pancakes more tender and fluffy. You can use only milk or a mixture of milk and water in equal proportions to prepare the batter.
- 2
Step 2

In a deep bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and salt. Beat them. There's no need to beat vigorously—just enough to make the mixture uniform.
- 3
Step 3

Then pour in the milk.
- 4
Step 4

Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
- 5
Step 5

Mix until smooth. To ensure there are no lumps of flour in the batter, use a mixer.
- 6
Step 6

At the very end, add the vegetable oil. Mix well.
- 7
Step 7

The finished pancake batter should be smooth and sufficiently liquid. It is from liquid batter that thin and tender pancakes are obtained.
- 8
Step 8

Heat the crepe pan until hot. Before making the first crepe, grease the pan with vegetable oil. Pour in a small amount of batter (this will also affect the thickness of the crepe) and spread it evenly over the entire surface of the pan. Depending on the heat of your burner, the cooking time for one crepe may vary. Flip the crepe when the top surface has set and is no longer sticky, and the edges begin to slightly darken.

Step 9

Slide the spatula under the pancake and carefully flip it over. Smooth out the pancake on the pan if it flipped unevenly. Fry the pancake on the second side. Lift the edge with the spatula and check to make sure the bottom isn't burning. Once the pancake turns golden brown on the bottom, remove it from the pan.
- 10
Step 10

Place the finished pancakes on a large flat plate and cover them with a lid to keep them warm. If you prefer more buttery pancakes, brush each pancake with melted butter. The delicate milk pancakes are ready.
- 11
Step 11

Serve the pancakes immediately while they are hot, with sour cream, condensed milk, honey, jam, or any other fillings you like.
