Pancakes made with milk and sour cream
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. This simple recipe for pancakes made with milk and sour cream has certainly been slightly modified by me—I separately whipped the egg whites and yolks, although in the classic version of milk and sour cream pancakes, whole eggs are added all at once. But this depends entirely on your preference and the time you have available. For instance, if you're preparing them for breakfast, you can certainly save time. However, if you're expecting important guests, it's definitely worth spending a bit more effort. In any case, the result will delight you. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
