Thin crepes with holes made with kefir
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Use well-rested kefir for making these pancakes. In such kefir, baking soda will produce more bubbles. Also, be sure to heat the pan until it's very hot. When the batter hits such a hot pan, it quickly spreads into a thin layer and forms holes. Serve with tea or coffee.
