
Pancakes from sour milk
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. If you've made a lot of pancakes, you can freeze them and then reheat without prior defrosting in a microwave or oven. Serve pancakes with your choice of toppings: honey, fresh berries, sliced banana, or peanut butter. Baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, and sour milk with a fork.

Pour the milk mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to obtain a smooth liquid batter.
