1. The first step is preparing the ingredients. Wash the liver and pat it dry. Peel the onion and cut it into 4-6 pieces.

2. Then blend the liver with onion using a blender or pass it through a meat grinder. Add egg and a small amount of flour to the resulting homogeneous mixture.
