Oat pancakes
Description
For those who haven't tried these pancakes yet, I recommend making half a portion first to decide whether you'll like them. The thing is, oat flour tastes different from wheat flour. These pancakes are tasty and soft. When buying oat flour, pay attention to the expiration date—outdated flour will be very bitter, and there's no way to fix that.
