
Mushroom pancakes
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The process of preparing mushrooms can be quite labor-intensive, but sometimes you don't want to spend a lot of time at the stove, so this recipe is quite simple and convenient. Very often you need to quickly come up with something tasty, and mushroom-filled pancakes are the perfect option in such a case. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

1. Pour room-temperature milk into a bowl, add eggs, salt, and sugar. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Gradually add flour in portions, stirring constantly. Once all the flour is incorporated, add vegetable oil and mix well (preferably with a whisk or blender).

2. Pour oil into a hot frying pan, then ladle the batter onto the pan, spreading it evenly. Fry the pancake on both sides, repeating the same steps with the remaining pancake batter.

3. Wash and clean the mushrooms, then cut them into small pieces. Peel the onion and dice it finely.

4. Heat a skillet, add the mushrooms, and after five minutes add the onion. Cook until the excess liquid has evaporated. Once the liquid has evaporated, add sour cream, salt, and pepper, cover with a lid, and cook for another three minutes. Then remove the skillet from the heat and stir in finely chopped dill.

5. Take each crepe one by one, place the filling in the center. Roll the crepe into a tight envelope and repeat the same with all the remaining crepes.

6. Serve the pancakes with sour cream, sprinkled with herbs on top.
